The detailed technical description of the facilities including drawings, data sheets, list, diagrams, and specifications are contained in EXHIBIT E DESIGN DOSSIER.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\nb) General Services.
\nc) Engineering.
\nd) Procurement, Supply and Transportation.
\ne) Assignment or Free Issue of Company Items.
\nf) Pipeline Construction including all associated facilities.
\ng) HV power and fiber optics cables laying and associated facilities.
\nh) Pre-Commissioning.
\ni) Commissioning.
\nj) Tests (hydrotesting of pipeline and associated appurtenances and the like).
