Engr. Dr. Emeka Okwuosa (CON)

Position: Chairman/Group Chief Executive Officer

Engr. Emeka Okwuosa is a seasoned engineer, administrator, entrepreneur and visionary with over 40 years of post-graduation experience in engineering and management in the following areas: maintenance and operations, teaching, wireline logging and interpretation, seismic acquisition, processing and interpretation, pipeline and facilities engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), project management, drilling and drilling services. Some of these activities span Europe, North Africa, West Africa, the Gulf of Guinea/Central Africa and South East Asia.

Emeka is the founder and the Chairman/GCEO of the following companies (which has executed multiple complex multi-billion US$ pipeline and facilities project in the oil and gas sector of the economy):

OILSERV LIMITED, FRAZIMEX ENGINEERING LIMITED, FRAZOIL EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION (E & P) LIMITED, FRAZPOWER LIMITED, EKCEL FARMS LIMITED and CROWN ENERGY RESOURCES LTD.

A COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering) registered engineer, he is a member of the following professional bodies;

He is the founder of Sir Emeka Okwuosa Foundation, which has recorded several contributions in education, road, erosion control, provision of portable water, electricity infrastructure, etc. The foundation has recently completed the set-up of a multi-billion Naira modern specialist hospital in Oraifite, Anambra State (Dame Nneka Okwuosa Medical Centre) and a Four (4) floor Administration/Classroom block at the Dame Irene Nneka Okwuosa Memorial convent, Oraifite in honor of his late mum.

Mr. Nnanna Anyanwu

Position: Group Chief Operations Officer Oilserv Group

Nnanna joins Oilserv having lived, studied and worked across multiple countries and sectors. He is an Asia Global Fellow alum, Chevening alum, and Odgers alum. He has advised on Asia to Africa FDI flows, Access to Finance for the ECOWAS region, and has close to 20 years’ experience working across multiple countries in Africa, APAC, and the EMEA region in Oil and Gas, Management Consulting, Private Equity, Renewables and Green Energy, and Advising Governments, Businesses, Industries and Not for Profit organizations.

Nnanna has a BEng in Electronics Engineering and MEng in Electronics and Control systems from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. He also has an MBA from Cranfield University, also from the United. Beyond these Nnanna has been to study programs in Kobe University, Japan; Hong Kong University, China, The Boston Consulting development programs in Chicago; and McKinsey development programs in Austria, Kenya, South Africa, and Turkey. For his work, Nnanna has received multiple awards: Asia Global Fellowship; Odgers Fellowship; Chevening Fellowship and Nessco Fellowship Awards.

Prior to Oilserv, Nnanna served as a Partner and Managing Director at TAC EMEA region and oversaw its subsidiaries. He was Group Vice President Sunray Ventures; CEO Green Compass Recycling; CEO Daystar Rural Power; Engagement Manager McKinsey; Strategy Consultant Boston Consulting Group (BCG); Associate Director Business Operations IHS Towers and on Process and Systems Optimisation across multiple Shell assets. Historically, Nnanna has focused on Corporate and Business Unit strategy design and implementation; Growth strategy; New business development; Market penetration and growth strategy; Change management; Risk Management; and Large scale program management and Operational Excellence. He speaks fluent English and Ibo, and has limited knowledge of French, Spanish, Hausa and Yoruba.

Nnanna is the current Managing Director of Oilserv to drive its International Growth; Process and Systems Optimization and Project Delivery and Excellence.

Nnanna’s leisure activities include reading classical novels especially works of Alexandre Dumas; Recreational swimming, chess and scrabble; and classical music and theatre.

Nadeem Hashmi is currently the Group Executive for Energy and New Business Development for the OilServ Group.

Nadeem holds 29 years of energy experience in the oil/gas industry and is an internationally, seasoned professional; having worked across the Board on every continent, in various senior/executive roles in Operations, Commercial, Technical and Business.

Having worked with Shell, Schlumberger, Tullow Oil and Talisman Energy. He has worked both with Private Equity Ventures and notable Family offices for Thyssen Petroleum and Scavenger Energy.

Nadeem has a strong focus on HSSE, CSR, People Development in building Capacity and Capability, Leadership, Operations, Project Management and Business Development.
Nadeem is a UK, European and US Chartered Mechanical Engineer and holds a Wharton International Executive MBA.

Nadeem is a UK-born national, married with 2 boys and enjoys DIY, charity, health & fitness, sports and architecture.

Engr. Chigozie Obi

Position: Group Chief Technical Officer

Chigozie leads and oversees all Engineering projects within the Group. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Eng.), obtained from the University of Benin, Edo State. Chigozie has acquired over 20 years of hands-on post-qualification experience with a deep understanding of the Nigeria Oil & Gas business terrain.

He joined Oilserv as a trainee engineer in 1999 and rose through the ranks in different capacities, engaging in swamp and land operations. He has proved his mettle as a seasoned engineer having worked on major projects including the National Integrated Power Project (NIPP) Lot 2 Gas Transmission Pipeline System, the construction of Greater Lagos Phase IV Gas Distribution Network System for Gaslink, 24 km x 24-inch Gas Transmission Pipeline system from Owaza to NDPHC Power Plant at Alaoji and the nearly completed East–West Obiafu/Obrikom to Oben (OB3) Gas transmission pipeline system LOT B (67 km x 48-inch).

Chigozie has participated in various professional seminars and workshops both locally and internationally. He is a member of the COREN, the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

Chigozie enjoys reading, researching, listening to music and sports. He is married with 3 children.

Mr. Solomon Okodugha

Position: Group Chief Finance Officer

Solomon Okodugha joined the Oilserv Group as the Chief Finance Officer in October 2019. He has over 28 years post-University experience which spans Oil & Gas, Banking & Audit Practice.

Prior to joining Oilserv Group, Solomon worked with Shell Nigeria where he rose to the position of Finance Manager for Non-operated Ventures. In this position, he was responsible for venture start-ups, the institution of efficient risk-based control framework; value co-creation; project finance management; delivery integration; audits, financial controls, cost management & leadership underpinned with effective stakeholder management. He also has extensive banking experience with expertise in financial controls, strategy development & planning, strategic cost leadership and treasury management wherein rose to the position of Senior Manager, Financial Controls.

In his current role as Group Chief Finance Officer, he oversees the Finance function and activities which include actively supporting the delivery of the Company’s strategic objectives.

Solomon attended the University of Nigeria, Nsukka where he studied Banking & Finance and graduated with a First Class Honors in 1992. He is a Fellow, of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate at the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

Solomon is married with children, and enjoys reading and watching football.

Harriet is the Group Head, Human Resources and Corporate Services in Oilserv Group, where she is responsible for building organizational capacity and creating an environment where Oilserv talents can realize and achieve their full potential, as well as the group strategies.

Prior joining Oilserv Group, Harriet has held senior management roles in Human Resources and Administration in reputable organizations operating in sectors across Consulting, Telecoms, Information Technology, Aviation, Marine and Oil and Gas (Midstream and the Downstream) supporting operations in sub–Saharan Africa. She had work experience in organizations like Fosad Consulting, Crestech (Technip) Engineering Limited, International Turnkey System, Huawei Technologies, Integrated Oil and Gas, and International Energy Services Limited (affiliated to Doris of France) among others. She is phenomenal in creating and promoting organizational culture of innovation, discipline, collaboration, and capability improvement, providing people-driven HR initiatives that fuel positive business performance.

Harriet holds a B.A (History & International Studies) from Imo State University. She is an alumnus of Tekedia Institute, Boston USA. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPMN), Nigerian Institute of Training & Development (NITAD) and has professional certifications from Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI, USA) and other institutions of repute including Lagos Business School.

Position: Group Contracts Manager

Emeka obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and thereafter attended the Nigerian Law School in the year 1999 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in January 2001.

Emeka commenced active legal practice in the Port Harcourt-based Oil and Gas Law firm of Dr T. C. Osanakpo & Co as an Associate Legal Counsel, gaining experience in litigation and corporate legal practice. Emeka thereafter joined the Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPCo) in the year 2005 first as a Tenders Board Secretary and later as a Contract Specialist supporting various functions and Projects within SNEPCo, notably, the Bonga FPSO at the closeout stage.

Emeka joined WorleyParsons/DeltaAfrik in the year 2009 primarily to support ExxonMobil’s US$ 2 billion-plus Major Integrity Programs(MIPS) as a Senior Contract Lead with a focus on major Offshore / Onshore Pipeline and related Facilities Projects working out of both WorleyParsons/DeltaAfrik and ExxonMobil Project offices. With over 16 years of experience, Emeka has a deep knowledge of the oil & gas sector and vast on-the-job training and formal international training in managing major and high-risk projects from a Contract Management and Legal perspective with a focus on ensuring project objectives are achieved with minimal impact to all parties.

Emeka joined Oilserv in the year 2011 and has supported various Projects and functions within the Oilserv Group over the years.

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, an affiliate of the International Association for Contracts and Commercial Managers (IACCM) USA.

Position: Group Head, Legal and Company Secretary

Humphrey Onyeukwu is a corporate lawyer, with about 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Oilserv, he was head of the Legal and Commercial functions at one of Nigeria’s leading conglomerates.

He is commercially driven and astute at providing legal guidance, innovative solutions, and business strategies that create value as well as weighing in on the enterprise strategies with the legal lens, making sure the vision aligns with the organization’s risk profile.

An alumnus of the University of Dundee, Scotland UK where he obtained an LL.M degree in Petroleum Taxation and Finance, an LL. B degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN), Energy Institute and Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

He has worked on a number of green and brownfield investments/projects covering oil and gas, power, agriculture, real estate, hospitality, healthcare, technology, financial services and impact investing. He is a regular faculty at several international conferences and features as a subject matter expert for the energy markets.

Engr. Anthony Nwosa

Position: Group Head, Supply Chain Management

Anthony has over twelve years of experience in supply chain management and has managed the country-level supply chain for two multinationals, Aker Solutions and Subsea7’s JV – Nigerstar7. He has been part of key projects for several international energy companies like SNEPCo, ExxonMobil, Chevron, and ENI and managed suppliers across Europe, North America, Asia and Africa.

Anthony’s first degree was in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. He has a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) with a specialism in strategic planning from Edinburgh Business School and a second master’s degree in International Commercial Law (LLM) from the University of Salford UK.

Anthony has also completed certified executive courses in Public Policy Analysis and Business, International Relations, and Political Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Anthony joined OilServ in 2023 as the Group Head of Supply Chain Management and is responsible for providing Leadership and strategy in the Supply Chain function for all the companies under the Oilserv Group.

He is certified by the Council for regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and is a member of the following professional bodies:

He started his career in 2002/2003 with Oilserv Limited soon after his National Youth Service in Nigeria as QA/QC Engineer and later rose to the position of Project Engineer in 2003 and Lead Project Engineer between January 2005 and January 2006 respectively.

He served as Executive Management for 14 years with increased responsibilities and member Board of Directors for 7years in his immediate previous employment. He joined Oilserv Group in April 2019 holding executive position as the General Manager: Frazimex Engineering Limited. In May 2021, he was promoted to the position of Managing Director of Frazimex Engineering Limited given his remarkable performance, valuable contributions and excellent leadership. Has in his short time at Oilserv Group transformed and grow the Engineering arm of the Group to be a quality and target driven team with increased visibility in Oil & Gas Industry.

He leads multiple engineering team of experienced personnel to deliver the Detail Engineering Design (DED) of the biggest/longest NNPC Natural Gas Pipeline and Facilities in Nigeria: The Ajaokuta-Kaduna-Kano (AKK Project – Segment 1: 40” x 303.4km & 24” x 15km spur line and Gas facilities-2nos TGS, IPS and 12nos Block Valve stations). He has great passion for Nigerian Human Capacity Development especially developing young Nigerian engineers and strong zeal for doing things right. An advocate for qualified and performing gender female equality.

He is also a Corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), COREN, Fellow NATE and QMS ISO 9001-2015 Lead Auditor. He has participated and contributed in many international conferences including Offshore Technology Conference, Schlumberger Technology Conference, SAIPEC and Nanotechnology Conference (a bi-annual conference majorly sponsored by Engr. (Dr) Emeka Okwuosa – Chairman/GCEO of Oilserv Group), in some conferences functioning as panelists and representing the Chairman/GCEO.

2022 Nigerian National Award recipient for the “Best Deep-Water Technology Category” by Nigerian National Legacy Awards – Received in March 2022. Winner of the African Prize for Leadership Excellence 2022 as the OIL & GAS PERSONNLITY LEADERSHIP PRIZE WINNER OF THE YEAR 2022.

Position: Head: Internal Audit & Compliance

Tayo Beckley joined the Oilserv Group to lead Internal Audit and Compliance in July 2020. He is an experienced consultant with one of the Big 4 consulting firms, with more than a decade of professional experience acquired across multiple sectors including Oil and Gas, Power and Utility, Public Sector, Financial Services, Telecoms, and FMCG.

Before joining Oilserv, he was the Compliance officer for Meristem Securities Limited, one of the leading stockbroking firms in Nigeria. He worked with Intercontinental Bank (now acquired by Access Bank), as a Head office Control officer, overseeing the activities of the Bank’s stocks portfolio. He moved to Ernst & Young as a senior consultant in the Business Advisory service line and later changed to technology consulting. He managed and supported several projects both in the private and public sectors. He is a seasoned consultant with experience and expertise in internal audit, internal control review and framework development, ERP project management, ERP assessment, information technology general control, application controls, business continuous review, solution and vendor selection and management, organization change management, user adoption strategy, business process analysis and design, process re-engineering.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from Obafemi Awolowo University. An associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an affiliate member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Information System Audit and Control Association and A Chartered Accountant and trained Information System Auditor.
